Polyvagal Practices: Finding Safety and Balance in Your Body
Lifelong Learning

Your nervous system is constantly shifting between states of safety, stress, and shutdown. This four-week class introduces polyvagal theory--the science of how the body responds to stress--and explores simple somatic practices that help restore balance. Each session includes accessible movement, breath, and awareness practices, along with tools you can integrate into daily life to regulate stress, improve communication, and foster resilience.
