The history of Salt Lake City can be weird, heartbreaking, and surprising. Join us to learn about the unseen history of our beautiful city by exploring the places and lives of everyday people at the turn of the last century. In this course, we'll focus on two neighborhoods that illustrate the economic and racial diversity of our city's past.

Class Sections For Walking Tour of SLC's Unseen History (LLPOT 961)
Spring 2027 Section 1, Starting on: 03/20/2027
First class meets at Richmond Park (444 E 600 S, SLC) and involves standing with minimal walking. Second session takes place outdoors at the Gallivan Center (239 S Main St, Salt Lake City) and involves mostly walking. Class takes place rain or shine. Students should bring their own water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress appropriately for a leisurely walk outdoors. Special fee is for printed material.
