Join us for a supportive and welcoming introduction to pole fitness, no experience necessary! Each week, you'll focus on learning basic spins, holds, and flowing transitions paired with strength and conditioning to support safe movement. Skills and concepts progress week by week, giving you the opportunity to build strength, body awareness, and confidence in a welcoming environment. This class is for beginners of all ages and genders.

Class Sections For Pole Fitness Fundamentals (LLREC 638)

Summer 2026 Section 1, Starting on: 06/06/2026

"This class takes place at The Salt Mine (1077 S Main St, Salt Lake City). Students should not wear any lotion or sunscreen the day of class and they should remove jewelry, particularly rings. Wear short, fitted shorts, supportive bra (if applicable) and tank top. We will be in bare feet during class. Bring a water bottle. We will be using yoga mats during class; the studio has some available or you are welcome to bring your own. Special fee is for space rental."
