Metalsmithing II
Lifelong Learning
Build on the metalsmithing skills you have learned previously and create a ring or pendant with a set stone. You'll use hand tools, a flex shaft, and a soldering torch to create decorative embellishments, a bezel stone setting, and a bail for your pendant. You'll also learn more advanced finishing techniques to take your jewelry to the next level.

Fall 2026 Section 1, Starting on: 10/26/2026
Class meets at Salt City Smithery (3450 S Main St, Unit 44W, South Salt Lake). **Prerequisite: LLCFT 229 Metalsmithing I** Special fee is for tool rental and some supplies; students will purchase more supplies in class or order online with assistance from the instructor.
