Learn how to craft artisan-style bread in your own oven with just a few minutes of active preparation (plus some inactive prep and baking time)! You'll leave with a dough bin for your refrigerator and your own gorgeous dough ready to take home and bake.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
