Join us to discover the various ways to preserve food and all the amazing things we get as a result. Together we'll make jam or jelly, learning how to be creative while still being safe. We'll end the course with various tastings of preserved foods from different parts of the world that utilize a variety of preservation techniques.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental.
