From mastering the art of creating a flawless batter to discovering traditional fillings, you'll learn the essentials of crafting delectable French crepes. You'll also learn the technique of flawlessly flipping them in the air, adding a touch of showmanship to your culinary prowess. Best of all, you'll get to savor the fruits of your labor by taking home the crepes you create during the class. Join us and embrace the magic of French crepe-making, where you'll gain both skills and delicious memories.

This class takes place at the U of U Foods Lab (250 1850 E, Salt Lake City). Special fee is for ingredients and space rental. Students will receive parking information and directions one week before class.
