Class Sections For Delight in Authentic French Crepes (LLFW 632)

Summer 2024 Section 1, Starting on: 05/23/2024

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Students should bring a 10-inch non-stick pan, a non-metal flat spatula, a ladle, a whisk, and a mixing bowl. Special fee is for ingredients and space rental.
