Learn the basic skills and techniques of selecting, handling, and designing flowers in this hands-on workshop. Each class, your instructor will demonstrate essential floral design principles using gorgeous seasonal flowers and current trends. You'll make your own creations to take home. Students must provide their own floral scissors, bypass pruners, paring knife, an apron and, a clean rag. All other supplies, flowers, organic materials, and containers will be provided.

This class takes place in person at the University Connected Learning and Continuing Education building (540 Arapeen Drive, SLC). Students must bring their own scissors or shears, pruners, a paring knife, an apron, and a clean rag. Special fee is for flowers and some materials. Class takes place every other week.
