Join your instructor, a Certified Sleep Science Coach, to learn how to add more sleep to your life and reap the massive benefit of quality zzz's. Rather than turning to "'quick-fix'" sleep aids, you'll learn to adopt day, night, and wake-up routines to create your own recipe of sleep hygiene, giving yourself the benefits of a healthier, happier, and more-rested you.
