The history of Salt Lake City can be weird, heartbreaking, and surprising. Join us to learn about the unseen history of our beautiful city by exploring the places and lives of everyday people at the turn of the last century. In this course, we will focus on two neighborhoods that illustrate the economic and racial diversity of our city's past.
Class Sections For Walking Tour of SLC's Unseen History (LLPOT 961)
Fall 2022 Section 1, Starting on: 08/27/2022
First class meets at Richmond Park (444 E 600 S, SLC). The location for the second session will be given at the first meeting. Class meets on Aug 27 and Sept 10. Class is limited to 14. Students should bring their own water, wear comfortable shoes, and dress appropriately for a leisurely walk outdoors.
