What is Gender?: Beyond the Binary
Lifelong Learning

Society creates a limited and narrow understanding of gender. Join us to explore the complexities within four areas of identity and the variety within each one: anatomical and biological identity, gender identity, gender expression, and affection and sexuality (what society calls sexual orientation). The goal of this workshop is to inspire you to question your definition and the social construction of gender; move you to become an ally, advocate, and/or accomplice; and create an empathic understanding, nurturing, support, and love of all identities.
