Intensive ACT Prep: 2-Week Workshop (Age 14-17) (YEHS 715)

This intensive two-week test prep course focuses on the ACT exam providing a thorough review of the core content while also emphasizing strategies that help students diagnose and solve test questions successfully. All students will receive the Higher Ground Test Preparation Manual, 12 hours of instruction, 2 practice tests to assess performance level, assessment reports, and supplemental materials.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Gain comprehensive conceptual knowledge of content
  2. Learn most effective solving strategies
  3. Increase confidence by utilizing skills

Note: This camp runs for 2-weeks, Mon.-Thurs. Initial Diagnostic Monday June 2 from 4-7:15PM. Final Diagnostic Wednesday June 12 from 4-7:15PM. The test prep courses are intended for high school students who are planning to take the ACT (the old version or the new enhancement version) and are open to all currently enrolled high school students regardless of age. Not available for high school credit. Camp held at Higher Ground Learning 380 Pierpont Ave, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Reminder emails will be sent out before camp begins and will include location notes and other details.
