Beginning 3D Modeling (Age 11-13) (YETEC 505)
Do you love drawing and animation? Take it to the next level by using Maya software to bring your characters and designs into the 3D world. Create your very own 3D models, in any way you see fit, from cartoonish monsters to stylish race cars. Then add extra details that give your model personality to make it stand out. Co-sponsored with Utah Division of Games.
Learning Outcomes:
- Experience learning AutoDesk Maya 3D software
- Understand importance of enclosed geometry
- Learn best scaling and mesh techniques for 3D models
