This course is designed for aspiring Dungeon Masters for Dungeon & Dragons. Students enrolling in this course should already be familiar with, and have experience with basic D&D gameplay. D&D is a creative experience for players, but the ultimate experience is designing an engaging and challenging adventure from the ground up, and then guiding players through the places, events, characters and creatures your imagination has placed there. Once you learn how to create your own D&D campaign, there's no telling what worlds you might create. Co-Sponsored with Game Night Games.
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain a deeper understanding of D&D 5th ed. Rules to serve as a framework for the design process.
- Learn specific techniques in story development, map making, laying out city/towns and speedy creation of non-player characters.
- Learn how to review and refine their initial design and refine them to make them even better.

Summer 2024 Section 1, Starting on: 07/29/2024
Designed for more experienced D&D players who want to learn Dungeon Master skills. Special fee includes D&D DM Guide, dice set, daily snacks/drinks, and an end of the week pizza party. Camp held at Game Night Games, 2148 S 900 E # 2, SLC UT 84106. Reminder emails will be sent out before camp begins and will include location notes and other details.
