Understanding fundamental drawing skills is crucial for creating any type of art. During two online sessions, learn and improve your basic drawing knowledge, then apply those skills to drawing birds from life at Tracy Aviary. The antics and beauty of the birds while we work make this a delightful class, and you'll fill your sketch books with lively drawings of birds! When a work of art is drawn from life it transports you back to the original experience in a way no photograph can. Experience that firsthand with this course.

Class Sections For Drawing Basics: Birds at Tracy Aviary (LLART 429)
Summer 2024 Section 1, Starting on: 05/28/2024
This class takes place at Tracy Aviary (589 E 1300 S, SLC) and online. Students supply their own ticket to the aviary and are responsible for their own lunch. Students supply their own materials; find a list online. We hate canceling classes, but sometimes there are forces outside of our control. Please keep this in mind as you purchase supplies and hang onto your receipt. Email our office at lifelong@continue.utah.edu to inquire about the status of a class.
