How to Recognize and Respond to Implicit Bias and Mircroaggressions

Join us for an engaging workshop in which you'll be asked to recognize, confront, and address implicit bias and microaggressions. You'll learn how to notice when these things occur, how they are perpetuated, how they are used, and what impact they have on the people around you. Finally, you'll join in a discussion of strategies to respond to implicit bias and microaggressions in ways that bring awareness and attention without falling into a "savior mentality."
