Our programs include PATHS, Campus Camps & Pre-College, and Club U summer camp.
PATHS offers both seasonal and year-round positions meant to lead, support, and coach high-school students.
- PATHS Mentors (Work-Study, Fall and Spring Semesters)
- Mentors are experienced and trusted advisors who form a supportive, coaching relationship with the PATHS students during the school year.
- PATHS Camp Counselors (Summer only – Full Time)
- Counselors facilitate and supervise summer camp activities during the day and act as positive role models for students.
- PATHS Residential Counselors (Summer only – Full Time)
- Counselors facilitate and supervise on campus summer camp activities during the evening and act as positive role models for students.
These are STEAM-based camps that provide action packed, hands-on experiences for participants ages 6–17.
- Education Assistants (Summer Only – Full Time and Part Time)
- Assistants work on campus across our educational programs to assist with facilitating activities, helping with field trips, managing supplies, etc.

Club U offers weekly summer day camp for children ages 5-14. Camp operates in a primarily outdoor and fast paced environment with activities like field trips, games, swimming, crafts, skill building, etc.
- Club U Camp Coordinators - Summer Camp Program Coordinator, Summer Camp Varsity Coordinator (Full Time Summer, Part Time Non-summer)
- This is a leadership position for our camp that oversees camp counselors, schedules classes with various partners/companies, and engages with parents regarding camper behavior. Positions are typically posted in February/March.
- Club U Camp Counselors - Junior Varsity Counselor, Varsity Counselor, Lounge Counselor, Camp Counselor (Summer Only – Full and Part Time)
- Counselors lead and facilitate camp activities for groups of campers. Counselors are hired to lead specific age groups (5-9, 10-11, or 12-14) and positions are posted separately. Positions are typically posted in February/March.
- Club U Camp Aides (Summer Only – Full and Part Time)
- This position is for people looking to gain leadership or counselor experience but are not yet 18. Positions are typically posted in March.
